In order to enjoy a smooth ride, you should provide your body with regular tune-ups. Our Train for Life program provides your body the regular tune-ups it needs!

One exercise does not fit all. We will develop a customized exercise prescription to fit your individual needs as you strive for peak performance.

Our friendly front desk staff will schedule your first appointment with you.
You will receive a comprehensive assessment and individualized plan that will guide you toward your health and performance goals.
Following your assessment, if it is identified that you would benefit from further appointments we have packages available to meet your needs.
Just as you would go to the doctor or dentist for check-ups, you should have your movement system assessed and fine tuned regularly. Detecting issues that may contribute to injury or pain is the best way to keep you in control of your fitness and health.
Following your assessment, you and your therapist will determine what will work best for you and your unique goals. Some patients have a visit every week and others have a visit every few months.
"Train for Life" is a prevention and maintenance program. It is not covered by health insurance.
