Yoga brings wholeness. In this class we will focus on a variety of yogic practices that access the body's wisdom to help on the healing journey including the yoga postures, breathing, relaxation, reflection, mantra, affirmations, compassion, and more. We will explore sound vibrational healing techniques including chanting, mantra, and tuning forks. Wear comfortable,loose clothing and avoid eating a large meal at least 2 hours before class. Soft organic cotton yoga mats and other props will be provided. Space is limited; register with Ultimate Therapy or Mary Ellen.
